Have a bug to report, a feature to suggest, or a question about the Clash of Clans data shown on ClashFlex? Use the contact form on this page — messages come straight to the maintainer's inbox and get a reply as soon as possible. Please include your email address so we can respond, and if you are reporting a data issue, include the player or clan tag so we can verify against the official API.

What to include in your message

• Bug reports — the page URL, what you expected to see, and what actually happened. Screenshots help a lot.
• Data corrections — the player tag or clan tag, and which field looks wrong compared to the in-game screen.
• Feature requests — describe the workflow you would use it for, not just the feature itself.
• Removal requests — if you want your Clash of Clans profile removed from ClashFlex indexing, include the tag and we will process the request.

Response time

ClashFlex is maintained by a small team, so response time can range from a few hours to a few days depending on the queue. Bug reports affecting site availability are prioritized. Data-correction requests are usually applied on the next scheduled snapshot.
