Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Publicly available Clash of Clans data (player tags, clan tags, trophy counts, attack logs) fetched from the official Supercell API. No login credentials are stored.
• Optional account information if you register: email address and a hashed password. Email is used only for account recovery and important service notices.
• Standard web server logs including IP address, user-agent, referrer, and requested URL. Logs are retained for a limited period and used for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies for language preference, login session, and consent state.

How we use information

Public game data is displayed on the site for informational purposes and aggregated into statistics such as army composition trends. Account information is used solely to authenticate you and to send account-related email. Server logs are used to prevent abuse and to keep the site reliable.

Third parties

The ClashFlex website does not display advertising and does not set advertising cookies.

The ClashFlex Android app shows advertisements through Google AdMob. The app reads your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) so that Google can limit how often an ad is repeated and, where you have consented, personalize it. See Google's Privacy & Terms at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads for details. You can reset or delete that identifier at any time in Android Settings, and you can review or change your choice from the app itself — see the section below.

We may also use privacy-friendly web analytics to understand aggregate site usage. No personally identifying information is shared with advertisers or analytics providers beyond what is inherent in a normal web request.

Deleting your ClashFlex account and data

This section is the account deletion policy for the Clash Flex Android app, published by ClashFlex (ClashFlex · Piano).

How to delete your account. Sign in, open My page from the bottom menu, scroll to Delete account, then enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately — no waiting period and no email exchange.

What is deleted. Your username and email address are erased: the username is replaced with a non-identifying placeholder and the email address is removed outright. Your login is disabled and every existing session token stops working at once. Clash of Clans accounts you had linked are unlinked, which also frees those player tags so the same tags can be verified again later under a new account.

What is kept, and for how long. Content you posted publicly — such as clan comments — stays on the site, no longer attached to any identifiable account. It is kept indefinitely so that conversations other people took part in remain readable, and you may ask us to remove specific items before or after deleting your account. Public Clash of Clans game data (rankings, battle logs, army compositions) is not yours to delete: it comes from Supercell's official API and is re-collected independently of any ClashFlex account. Server logs kept for abuse prevention expire on their own schedule.

Deleting some data without deleting your account. You do not have to delete the whole account to remove data. From My page you can unlink an individual Clash of Clans account, remove an account avatar, and clear favourites; you can delete your own clan comments from the page they appear on.

If you cannot sign in, contact us through the Contact page and we will handle the request manually.

Your rights

• You can request deletion of your ClashFlex account and any associated email address at any time.
• On the web you can adjust or withdraw advertising personalization consent through the consent banner or your browser settings. In the Android app, open the bottom menu and choose 'Ad privacy settings' to reopen the same choices.
• You can request removal of a specific player profile from ClashFlex indexing by contacting us with the player tag.

Children

ClashFlex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
