These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://clashflex.com ("ClashFlex", "the site"). By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
ClashFlex provides a free, informational dashboard for Clash of Clans players. All in-game data displayed on the site is retrieved from the public Clash of Clans API operated by Supercell Oy. ClashFlex is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or bypass security measures.
- Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others; a reasonable public API is provided for programmatic access.
- Do not use ClashFlex data to harass, dox, or otherwise harm other players.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer authentication or exploit undocumented endpoints.
Accounts
Optional user accounts allow you to save favorites and access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. ClashFlex may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Advertising
ClashFlex displays advertising through Google AdSense to support the free operation of the site. Advertisements are labeled and separated from editorial content. Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site whose content ClashFlex does not control or endorse.
Intellectual property
Clash of Clans and all related game assets, characters, and trademarks are the property of Supercell Oy. ClashFlex claims no ownership over Supercell intellectual property. The ClashFlex site design, aggregated statistics, and codebase are the property of the site operator and are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless separately licensed.
Disclaimer
ClashFlex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Game data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable at times. The site operator is not liable for any decisions you make based on information shown on ClashFlex, including in-game strategic decisions or clan management actions.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the About page.
